Lychee
Chiu came to the United States in 1966 from Taiwan to pursue
graduate studies, which led to a Masters Degree in Education
in 1967. She started her career as a hotel and motel broker
in the San Francisco Bay Area in the spring of 1977. During
the past 25 years of serving the lodging community, she has
scouted hotels and motels throughout California and across the
nation for first time buyers as well as returning clients. She
has been instrumental in helping clients build multi-million
dollar portfolios. Lychee has earned the trust and respect of
hundreds of satisfied clients. She looks forward to being at
